New shingles vaccine shows promise in Mid-Stage trial

Summary
This study tests a new vaccine called LYB004 to see if it can safely protect adults aged 40 and older from shingles, a painful rash caused by the chickenpox virus. About 840 participants in China will receive the vaccine and be monitored for side effects and immune response. The goal is to find out if this vaccine works well enough to move to larger trials.
