Summary

This study tests a new treatment called LY4257496 for people with advanced breast, colorectal, prostate, or endometrial cancer that has spread. The treatment delivers radiation directly to cancer cells that have a specific protein (GRPR). The goal is to see if it is safe and shrinks tumors. About 421 adults will take part, and the study lasts up to 36 weeks.
