Summary
This study tested a new drug (LVGN6051) combined with an existing drug (anlotinib) in 39 adults with advanced soft tissue sarcoma that had not responded to other treatments. The main goals were to check safety and find the best dose, and to see if the combination could shrink tumors. The trial has been completed, but results are not yet reported.
