Summary
This study tests whether ultrasound-guided lung recruitment maneuvers can reduce lung complications in 90 sleep apnea patients undergoing total laparoscopic hysterectomy. The approach uses lung ultrasound and end-expiratory lung volume measurements to guide breathing support during and after surgery. The goal is to improve lung function and prevent postoperative issues like collapsed lungs.
