Summary

This study tests a special program designed to help people living in rural areas who have had lung cancer. The program focuses on improving quality of life, reducing stigma, and helping survivors stay engaged with their healthcare. About 300 participants will be randomly assigned to either the program or a standard information group, and their quality of life will be measured over six months.
