Breathing easy: new tech tracks lung tumors during radiation

Summary
This study tests a new technology that automatically adjusts the radiation beam to follow a lung tumor as it moves with breathing. Twenty adults with early-stage lung cancer or limited lung metastases will receive standard radiotherapy with this tracking system. The main goal is to see if the technology works reliably without errors.
