First seen May 06, 2026 ยท Last updated May 06, 2026
Summary
This study tests a very small camera, called a composite optical fiberscope, to see if it can reach and view lung tumors in the outer parts of the lung. Researchers will use lung tissue removed from 50 patients during surgery. The goal is to see if the camera can help doctors see tumors in hard-to-reach spots, but it does not provide direct treatment to participants.
