Summary
This study tests whether an online, coach-assisted program called Luci can help adults aged 50 to 75 improve their lifestyle habits—like diet, exercise, and mental activities—to lower their risk of dementia. About 370 participants with modifiable risk factors will use the program for 24 weeks. The goal is to see if the program leads to meaningful improvements in these healthy behaviors.
