Summary
This study tests whether giving two drugs (lucanoximab and tagolimab) before surgery can shrink head and neck tumors in 30 adults. Participants receive the drugs intravenously every two weeks for two cycles, then undergo surgery. The main goal is to see how many patients have most of their tumor killed by the treatment. Researchers will also monitor side effects and quality of life.
