Summary
This study is testing whether using a lower dose of radiation, combined with chemotherapy and planned surgery, can effectively control certain head and neck cancers. The goal is to see if this approach works while potentially reducing treatment side effects. It is for adults with specific types of throat cancer who have not had prior radiation or chemotherapy for this cancer.
