Summary

This study looks at whether low or high volume high-intensity interval training is better for people with chronic heart failure. It aims to improve how well they can move and their quality of life. The study will include 45 adults with stable heart failure and reduced pumping ability. Participants will be assigned to one of two exercise programs to see which works best.
