Which anesthetic causes fewer sore throats after gallbladder surgery?

Summary

This study looks at 70 adults having gallbladder removal surgery to see if one type of low-flow anesthesia (sevoflurane or desflurane) causes less sore throat afterward. Participants will be randomly assigned to one of the two anesthetics. The goal is to find which option leads to fewer throat problems and better recovery.
