Could a Low-Dose drug ease chronic fatigue and Long-COVID?

Summary
This study looks at whether low dose rapamycin can reduce symptoms and improve quality of life in people with ME/CFS or Long-COVID. Researchers will track symptom changes and measure blood markers related to cell cleanup (autophagy). 150 participants will take rapamycin prescribed by their own doctor and complete surveys and blood tests over time.
