First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 21 times

Summary

This study compares a longer course of Clomid (a fertility drug) to the standard 5-day protocol for ovarian stimulation in women with diminished ovarian reserve undergoing IVF. The goal is to see if the longer protocol can increase the number of mature eggs retrieved while reducing the number of injections and overall cost. About 120 participants will be randomly assigned to one of the two protocols.
