Summary
This study tests the long-term safety and effectiveness of an oral drug called zasocitinib (TAK-279) in adults with active psoriatic arthritis, a condition causing joint pain and skin patches. About 1,182 participants who completed a one-year parent study will take either a lower or higher dose daily for up to two more years. Researchers will monitor side effects and measure how well the drug controls symptoms over time.
