Summary
This study follows 250 people with a type of irregular heartbeat (paroxysmal atrial fibrillation) that doesn't get better with medication. Researchers want to see if a special heart ablation system is safe and works well over 3 years. The goal is to keep the heart in normal rhythm without needing more drugs.
