Summary
This trial investigates whether analyzing electrical signals from the heart during pulsed field ablation can tell doctors how well the catheter is touching tissue and whether the resulting scar will be permanent. About 60 people with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation will undergo the procedure, and researchers will compare signal changes to findings from a repeat mapping procedure months later. The goal is to improve the durability of pulmonary vein isolation, the cornerstone of AFib treatment.
