Summary

This study looks at the long-term safety and effects of an experimental medicine called PF-07868489 for people with pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH), a condition where high blood pressure in the lung arteries makes the heart work harder. It is an open-label extension study, meaning everyone knows they are getting the medicine, and it includes adults who completed a previous PAH study. The goal is to see if the medicine remains safe and helpful over time.
