Summary

This study is testing a new medicine called PF-07868489 for people with pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH), a condition where high blood pressure in the lung arteries makes the heart work harder. The study is open-label, meaning everyone knows they are getting the drug, and it follows up on patients from an earlier trial to see how safe and effective the drug is over a longer period. About 36 adults who completed a prior PF-07868489 study will receive a shot every 4 weeks.
