Summary

This study is testing the long-term safety and how well ALKS 2680 works over time in people with narcolepsy type 1, type 2, or idiopathic hypersomnia. Participants take a once-daily tablet at different doses. The goal is to see if the drug remains safe and effective for staying awake during the day.
