3-Year trial tests Long-Term relief for kids with severe bowel disease

Summary
This study aims to see how well and how safely the drug mirikizumab works over a long period (about 3 years) in children and adolescents with moderate-to-severe ulcerative colitis or Crohn's disease. It is an extension study for about 150 young people who have already been taking the drug in earlier trials and are believed to still benefit from it. The main goal is to see if the drug can keep the diseases in remission and control symptoms over time.
