Kids' brain tumor drugs under Long-Term safety watch

Summary
This study follows 165 children who previously took the drugs dabrafenib and/or trametinib for certain brain tumors. The goal is to see how safe these drugs are over the long term and how they affect growth, like height and weight. Participants continue their treatment and are monitored for side effects.
