Summary
This study follows 140 adults with ALS for up to 3 years, collecting spinal fluid and blood samples along with clinical and cognitive tests. The goal is to understand how certain biological markers relate to different forms of the disease and its progression. This is an observational study, not a treatment trial, so participants will not receive any experimental therapy.
