Summary
This early-phase study tests a new drug, LNCB74, in about 145 people with advanced solid tumors (ovarian, breast, lung, and others). The drug is designed to deliver a cancer-killing agent directly to tumor cells. The main goals are to check safety and find the best dose for future studies.
