Dietary change may boost energy in lymphoma survivors
NCT ID NCT06047626
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether a diet rich in whole grains, vegetables, fruit, and fatty fish can reduce persistent fatigue in lymphoma survivors. One hundred participants will receive either the special diet counseling or general health advice over 3 months. The goal is to see if the diet improves energy, sleep, and quality of life.
What this could mean
Our plain-language read of the trial. This is informational only — not medical advice or a prediction.
Active substance
Fatigue Reduction Diet (FRD) - a diet rich in whole grains, vegetables, fruit, and fatty fish
What this could lead to
If it works, this could offer a simple, drug-free way to reduce fatigue and improve sleep and quality of life for lymphoma survivors.
What could go wrong
This is a small, early-stage study (100 people) testing a dietary change, which can be hard to stick with. Results may not apply to everyone, and the diet might not reduce fatigue more than general healthy eating advice.
