Summary
This study tests a digital program called Living Well, which includes a smartphone app and coaching calls, to help breast cancer patients with moderate to severe anxiety. Researchers want to see if it lowers healthcare costs and improves mental health. About 50 adults with stage II to IV breast cancer will use the app for 3 months and be followed for 6 months total. Their results will be compared to similar patients who did not use the program.
