Summary

This study will test a program called Living Well, which includes a mobile app with 21 mental health modules and personal coaching sessions, for breast cancer patients with moderate to severe anxiety. The goal is to see if the program can lower anxiety and reduce overall healthcare costs. Fifty patients with stage II to IV breast cancer will use the app and receive coaching, and their results will be compared to similar patients from the past.
