First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tests a new combination of an antibody drug (QL1706), a targeted therapy (fruquintinib), and short-course radiotherapy against standard third-line therapy in 76 adults with colorectal cancer that has spread to the liver and cannot be removed by surgery. The goal is to see if the new combo is safer and more effective at delaying cancer growth. Participants must have a specific tumor type (pMMR/MSS) and liver metastases at least 5 cm in size.
