Summary
This study tested a single injection of a new drug (NNC0194-0499) for non-alcoholic fatty liver disease in 33 people with various degrees of liver impairment and healthy volunteers. The goal was to see how the liver processes the drug and whether it is safe. Results will help determine the right dose for future studies in patients with liver problems.
