This study is testing whether a combination of a digital exercise and nutrition coaching app, plus creatine and whey protein supplements, can help maintain muscle strength and reduce frailty in people with advanced liver disease (cirrhosis). It will involve 100 participants who will use the app and take the supplements for at least three months. The main goal is to see if this approach helps patients stay stronger and improve their quality of life while managing their liver condition.
