Summary
This study looked at how common liver scarring (fibrosis) is in people with anorexia nervosa. Researchers used a special scan called Fibroscan to measure liver stiffness in 43 patients admitted to the hospital. The goal was simply to find out how many had liver damage, not to test a treatment.
