First seen Mar 11, 2026 · Last updated May 09, 2026 · Updated 9 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding a long-acting numbing medicine (liposomal bupivacaine) to a standard nerve block can better control pain after laparoscopic surgery for gynecologic cancers. About 110 adults aged 18-64 will receive either the combination or standard care. The goal is to reduce the need for strong painkillers and improve recovery.
