Summary
This study involves 24 healthy, non-smoking adults who will give blood samples through a standard blood draw and finger sticks (some done at home and mailed in). Researchers want to improve how they measure fatty acids and energy use in blood cells. The goal is to make remote blood collection more reliable for future research.
