First seen Nov 16, 2025 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 18 times
Summary
This early-phase study tests an experimental drug, linvoseltamab, combined with dupilumab in 6 adults with severe food allergies (like peanut or milk) that can cause life-threatening reactions. The goal is to see if the combo is safe and how it affects IgE antibodies, which drive allergic responses. Participants must have a history of anaphylaxis requiring epinephrine or emergency care.
