This trial tests whether a surgical technique for removing ureteric stones can be done with much less X-ray guidance, potentially reducing radiation exposure for patients and operating room staff. Half of the 60 adult participants will undergo the standard procedure with routine X-rays, while the other half will have a limited-fluoroscopy approach that relies more on direct endoscopic visualization. The study will compare radiation doses, stone clearance rates, operative time, and complications to see if the safer approach works just as well.
