Summary

This study looked at whether a specially designed light therapy can improve sleep, thinking, mood, and behavior in people with Alzheimer's disease or mild cognitive impairment. About 100 participants received either the active light or a placebo for 6 months. The goal was to see if the light could reduce sleep problems and help with daily functioning.
