Summary
This study explores whether specific colors of light presented to the eyes can lessen chronic pain in people with low back pain or fibromyalgia. Sixty adults will wear a light device for 2 hours daily over 5 days. The goal is to understand how light affects pain sensitivity and to guide future pain therapies.
