Light in the eyes might ease back pain and fibromyalgia

Summary

This study tests whether special colored light shown to the eyes can lower pain levels in people with chronic low back pain or fibromyalgia. About 60 adults will wear a light device for 2 hours daily over 5 days. The goal is to see if this approach is practical and helps reduce pain sensitivity.
