Summary
This study is testing an 8-week lifestyle program called HEAL-GYN for people who have finished chemotherapy for gynecologic cancer. The program focuses on healthy eating and physical activity to improve confidence, mental health, and overall well-being. Researchers will track changes in diet, exercise, and weight-related confidence in 64 participants from Central Florida.
