NCT ID NCT07492290
First seen Jun 26, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tests a 3-week online lifestyle program for adults aged 60-75 with high blood pressure. The program focuses on healthy eating, exercise, stress management, sleep, social support, and avoiding risky substances. Researchers will measure changes in blood pressure, quality of life, cognitive function, and lifestyle habits.
What this could mean
Our plain-language read of the trial. This is informational only — not medical advice or a prediction.
Active substance
lifestyle medicine (nutrition, physical activity, stress management, sleep, social support, avoidance of risky substances)
What this could lead to
If it works, this could point toward a simple, non-drug way for older adults to better manage blood pressure and improve daily life.
What could go wrong
This is a small, early-stage study with no control group, so results may not be generalizable. The 3-week online program may be too short to create lasting change.
