NCT ID NCT07314957
Summary
This study aims to see if a structured 12-week program can help people build healthier long-term habits. It will enroll 120 overweight, inactive adults to test a combination of supervised exercise, Mediterranean diet education, and stress-resilience workshops. Researchers will track weight, blood markers, stress, and sleep for a year to see if the program leads to lasting health improvements compared to standard advice.
