This study aimed to see if personalized lifestyle coaching could help emergency medicine residents stay alert and perform better during night shifts. It planned to compare reaction time, sleepiness, and well-being between coached and uncoached doctors. However, the study was withdrawn before enrolling any participants, so no results are available.
