Brain-Saving plan for depressed adults: exercise, diet & training tested

Summary
This study is testing whether lifestyle changes can help prevent memory and thinking problems in adults aged 50-80 who have depression or depressive symptoms. Participants will try different 12-week programs involving supervised exercise, brain training games, or Mediterranean diet education to see which works best for improving mood and protecting memory. Researchers will also check if these changes affect gut bacteria and body inflammation levels.
