This study looked at whether lifestyle changes can reduce menstrual pain in obese women aged 18 to 25 who have moderate to severe period pain. 67 women took part. The researchers measured pain levels, pain severity, and body changes before and after the program. The goal was to see if simple changes in daily habits could make periods less painful.
