Summary

This trial tests whether applying a 5% lidocaine plaster daily for two months can prevent chronic nerve pain after an osteoporotic vertebral fracture. Participants aged 50 and older with a recent fracture and moderate pain are randomly assigned to receive the plaster plus standard care or standard care alone.
