Summary

This study aims to find out how common malnutrition and muscle loss (sarcopenia) are among adults visiting hospital clinics in Turkey. Researchers will screen 7,500 people aged 18 and older using questionnaires and simple physical tests like grip strength and calf measurement. No treatment is given—this is purely an observation to better understand the problem.
