First seen Mar 08, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 9 times
Summary
This study looks at whether taking a lower dose of letrozole (5 mg) for 10 days works better than a higher dose (10 mg) for 5 days to help women with PCOS ovulate. About 80 women aged 18-35 with PCOS and infertility will take part. The goal is to see which schedule leads to more mature eggs and fewer side effects.
