Summary

This study creates a global registry for leptospirosis, a bacterial disease caught from animals or contaminated water. Researchers will collect information from 200 people to track how often the disease occurs, what treatments work, and how the bacteria change. No new treatments are tested; the goal is to better understand the disease to improve future care.
