New triple therapy hopes to tame tough breast cancer

Summary
This study tests if a combination of three drugs (lenvatinib, pembrolizumab, and fulvestrant) is safe and works for people with ER-positive, HER2-negative breast cancer that has spread. About 54 adults whose cancer has not responded to other treatments will take part. The goal is to find the best dose and see if the drugs can shrink tumors.
