First seen Jan 29, 2026 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 14 times
Summary
This study tested whether using lemongrass inhalers or liquid vapor could help adult smokers reduce their nicotine dependence and related health markers. Two hundred smokers aged 18-30 took part, using lemongrass products or no intervention. Researchers measured changes in nicotine dependence, stress, sleep, and blood biomarkers. The goal was to see if lemongrass offers a natural way to ease smoking habits and improve well-being.
