Summary

This study looks at whether drinking lemon juice or apple cider vinegar with white bread can slow blood sugar spikes and increase feelings of fullness. Fifteen healthy adults will eat bread with water, lemon juice, or vinegar on separate days, and have their blood sugar measured over three hours. The goal is to see if these common kitchen ingredients could be a simple way to help manage blood sugar.
