Summary

This study tests a treatment called Lecigon, given directly into the intestine, for people with Parkinson's disease who have mental and behavioral side effects from standard medications. The goal is to see if this approach reduces symptoms like mood swings, compulsions, and confusion better than usual care. About 150 participants will be followed for 6 months to compare results.
